Hi, I want to upgrade the SSD on my laptop from the original 128gb capacity drive to 500gb capacity. It has a M.2 2280 SATA 3 SSD drive currently. I am looking at a WD 512gb drive the same format (I think). Anybody know if this is possible and if the bigger capacity drive would be compatible?
Laptop Product number P0S80EA#ABU
Laptop Serial number [Personal Information Removed]
Link to product I think will fit ok https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WD-BLUE-M-2-2280-SATA-500GB-3D-NAND-WDS500G2B0B-Internal-SSD-BRAND-NEW-3/...
Any advise would be most appreciated.
Regards
Andrew

No problem. The M.2 is visible in this video to the left side of the screen. You could install any M.2 SATA you can find. 2 TB would be no problem.

Thanks for that Huffer.
I am (hopefully) ok at replacing it. I replaced the 2.5" HDD some while ago, upgrading to a 2TB drive. I was just checking that the SSD in question is the correct type to work in my laptop.
Once again, thanks
Andrew
