Hi,

You can upgrade to max 32GB of DDR4 2400 Mhz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB

There are two slots and at the moment you have one 4GB module and one empty slot. So you can insert a 4GB stick in the empty slot.

You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...

Example of RAM:

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-15-bs662tu#MEMORYFilters

On page 50 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade the RAM:

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05493257

Another upgrade you should consider is inserting an M2 SSD in the machine.

Hope it helps,

David
