        Can i replace existing 4GB  DDR4 RAM (slot 01) to 2nd empty slot and install new one 8 GB DDR4 RAM in slot 01 ,

        it's work normally ?

Yes, your notebook can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.

Hi:

 

You can install an 8 GB memory chip and a 4 GB memory chip, but the memory will not run in dual channel mode.

 

Dual channel requires matching memory capacities in each slot (2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB, etc).

 

12 GB of memory will run in single channel mode.
