Hi, my HP 9470m laptop has one USB port that is not functioning, (it is on the left side, supposed to be a charging USB port 3.0 I think). I have tried the following and it has FAILED!

1) take out battery and restart

2) update the BIOS

3) update all the drivers

4) tried to install the USB 3.0 driver --> it tells me my computer doesn't meet minimum requirements even though it is on the same page as the support drivers for my computer

PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU
