I have spent 30+ hours speaking with HP teams in approximately one month, exchanged approximately 40 emails, and had an HP engineer visit me 6–7 times.

Despite all this, there is STILL NO RESOLUTION.

1/

My HP ZBook Fury G1i started suffering from repeated crashes and serious BSOD/memory-related errors.

The issue was formally reported to HP on 18 August 2026.

Since then, I have cooperated fully with HP's troubleshooting process.

2/

The laptop has produced multiple serious errors, including:

• 2E1 Memory Size Error
• WHEA errors
• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
• MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
• KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION
• BAD_POOL_CALLER
• IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
• HYPERVISOR_ERROR
• EXCEPTION_ON_INVALID_STACK

This is NOT a normal Windows issue that can simply be dismissed after repeatedly reinstalling Windows.

3/

HP engineer visited me approximately 6–7 times.

Initially, I was told that Windows was corrupted.

Windows was reinstalled.

The problem returned.

Then I was told that the problem was because I had installed non-HP RAM.

I followed HP's direction and purchased HP-original RAM for approximately ₹1,15,000 from my own pocket.

4/

After spending another ₹1.15 lakh on HP-original RAM, the problem STILL continued.

I then reinstalled Windows again as instructed.

The laptop continued to crash.

At this point, how many more times am I expected to reinstall Windows and purchase components before HP performs a proper hardware-level investigation?

5/

The laptop has also crashed multiple times in front of the HP team/service personnel.

The issue is therefore not merely something that happens privately on my system.

I have provided diagnostic information, logs and repeatedly cooperated with HP's troubleshooting process.

6/

I have spent approximately 30+ hours communicating with HP within one month and sent approximately 40 emails.

An HP engineer has visited me approximately 6–7 times.

Yet there is still no reliable root-cause diagnosis or permanent solution.

This is completely unacceptable for a professional workstation costing approximately ₹8 lakh.

7/

I also conducted controlled RAM testing.

The system is stable with 64 GB.

With 96 GB, the system works when the modules are installed in slots/channels 1, 2 and 3.

When the fourth memory slot/channel is populated, the system produces a beep/error.

This requires proper investigation of the DIMM slot/channel, motherboard, memory subsystem and memory controller.

8/

The situation became even more concerning when HP started suggesting that I was responsible for allegedly damaging the RAM slot because I opened the laptop.

I strongly dispute this conclusion.

If HP claims customer-induced physical damage, I want HP to provide:

• Photographs of the alleged damage
• Detailed engineer inspection report
• Exact component allegedly damaged
• Technical basis for claiming I caused the damage
• Date when the damage was first documented
• Confirmation whether the slot was inspected during earlier visits
• Applicable warranty clause supporting the denial

9/

My original complaint was already active before this allegation was raised.

So my simple question to HP is:

If the RAM slot was physically damaged by the customer, where is the documented evidence of that damage from the earlier service visits?

I want facts, not verbal statements.

10/

I was also informed by HP Customer Relations that if a motherboard replacement was required, a new laptop replacement would be considered/committed.

I now want HP to honour its commitments and provide a clear written resolution.

I do NOT want another endless cycle of:

Windows reinstall → RAM change → testing → another visit → another explanation → no solution.

11/

This is an approximately ₹8 lakh professional workstation purchased for serious professional use.

I purchased HP because I expected reliability and proper after-sales support.

Instead, I have spent weeks communicating with multiple HP teams, purchased another ₹1.15 lakh of HP RAM, allowed 6–7 engineer visits and provided diagnostic logs — and still have a defective/unreliable machine.

12/

I am therefore publicly requesting the following from @hpindia @HPSupport:

  1. Immediate senior technical / Level-4 escalation
  2. Senior warranty/customer-relations review
  3. Written root-cause analysis
  4. Written explanation regarding the alleged RAM-slot damage
  5. Photographic evidence of any alleged physical damage
  6. Complete service/inspection history
  7. A definitive resolution timeline
  8. Device replacement if HP determines that the motherboard/memory subsystem is defective or the issue cannot be reliably resolved

13/

I have given HP more than enough opportunity to resolve this privately.

30+ hours of calls.
~40 emails.
6–7 engineer visits.
Multiple Windows installations.
₹1,15,000 additional HP RAM purchase.
Multiple crashes in front of HP personnel.
Weeks without a permanent solution.

And still — NO RESOLUTION.

14/

I am not asking for special treatment.

I am asking HP to stand behind the product it sold and provide a technically supported, documented resolution.

If HP believes this is customer-induced damage, prove it with technical evidence.

If HP believes the machine is functioning correctly, provide the documented technical report explaining the repeated crashes and memory/slot failures.

15/

@hpindia @HPSupport @hp Customer Relations @hp EMT Team

Please have a senior HP authority contact me and take ownership of this case.

I expect this matter to be escalated beyond the routine technical-support level.
