USB 3.0 not detecting devices

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have been having trouble connecting devices via USB such as my mouse which works on other devices, when I try to connect anything through the USB it will not detect it and in Device Manager it shows up with an error next to the device. I have tried various methods to fix this such as uninstalling the USB 3.0 root and trying to update my USB 3.0 driver none have worked yet. Although the USB is putting out power seeing as it will charge a device it just will not be able to use it.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
