HP Recommended

G2 Dock USB A port not working. I have a wireless keyboard (Logitech, with USB A receiver) that does not work when plugged into the dock. It does work properly when plugged into my laptop's USB port.

 

Any help would be welcome. I also do not know how to update the software on the dock and do not know how to reset it - those would be the first two things I can think of. 

Nothing happens when I press the button on the top side of the dock.
