I'm thinking of buying a USB C dock for my HP ENVY x360 - 15 cn0000na but unsure if it supports USB C charging. The external ports spec reads: 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge); 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (1 HP Sleep and Charge); 1 HDMI 2.0; 1 headphone/microphone combo. I'm confused over the difference between 'power delivery' and 'charge' and any help would be appreciated. Many thanks!

It has 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.2, HP Sleep and Charge) port that means
- You can use a compatible USB-C charger with wattage rating 65W or above to charge your machine (blue bit)
- You can also charge your other devices when your machine is in sleep mode (red bit)
