Product: HP USB-C Dock
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP USB-C Dock connected to an HP Spectre with a Dell monitor connected via HDMI. When I am docked, the docking station intermittently disconnects from the monitor (and/ or possibly from the HP Spectre). I have updated my BIOS and the dock drivers, but it still does this. 

 

I am using Chrome for internet browsing.

 

What other solutions should I try?

  • What is the product number of your docking station?
  • Have you tested with a different HDMI cable?
