I have a HP ENVY - 13-ad105nl  and a 34" curved display W3T65AA, both with USB-C connector

 

USB-C connector can be used for recharge laptop battery?

No your USB-C port is not a charging (power in) type port it is for data and video and power out only. Only the provided AC adapter with a standard plug not USB-C will charge the laptop.
