I forgot to take a charger for my Elitebook 840 G5 with me on business trip and stuck only with quick charger USB-C for my phone. It rated 67W, but voltage is strange (please see it on the picture).

Can I use it to try to charge my laptop?

It is just a marketing label - you either have the right amount of voltage and watts or not.

I finally tried my adapter and it able to charge my laptop in power off state. Unfortunately insufficient power to charge "on line", but it's better than nothing)

The voltage output for a USB Type-C power adapter, whether it is for a phone or a laptop is the same.

I would be quite surprised if a phone USB type-C power adapter would be rated at 67w.

I will take a look at the image and return to this thread. For some reason it was not approved.

OK. That is a strangely written specification. It won't have enough power to fully charge your laptop, but it will work as a trickle charger. Using it won't hurt anything if not used as a long term solution.

This is the USB Type-C charger that your laptop, per the Maintenance & Service guide, is compatible with.

It is a charger for quick charge the Oppo A78. Output 5-11V, 6.1A (that is why its 67W. But as I now Elitebook accepts 20V, so 11V will not be enough?

It isn't a laptop power adapter.  There is no way of getting around that fact.

Your Oppo A78 mobile phone's battery has nowhere near the charging requirements of the laptop.

I suggest that you source a travel power adapter.
