Product: HP Envy x360 13 ay0800

Hi,

 

My computer’s charging port has been warped and now the charger doesn’t fit. Can I charge my HP Envy x360 13 inches ay0800 with the usb-C port? In the manual it is unclear if the port actually can charge the computer.


Grateful for any help with this issue!

Yes, you should be able to use a compatible USB-C charger with 65W rating (or over) to charge your machine,

Also, any recommendations for USB-C chargers?

 

I found this one at the HP Shop but I can't tell if it's compatible with my computer: https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-65w-usb-c-power-adapter

 

The specs only mention that it is compatible with the following:  HP Pro X2 612 G2; HP Elite X2 1012 G2; HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2
