Hello,
I recently purchased an HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0000na which is meant to be capable of charging via USB-C as per the spec: 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge).
However, whenever I plug a USB-C charging cable, I get the following notice: The AC adapter is not compatible with this system.
Given I have understood the feature correctly. why does my laptop not charge with a USB-C and how can I fix this? I have used a couple of chargers including a phone charger, a bluetooth speaker charger and a 10,000 mAh power bank!
Kind regards,
CJC5

Yes, you can charge your machine using compatible USB-C charger rating at least 65W. I actually use USB-C Gen 5 dock and setup as single cable option.
Regards.
