HP Pavilion Power 15 cb028nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I connected a USB-C hub to my computer, HP Pavilion Power 15-cb028nl. The model of my Hub is ICZI USB Hub C 10-in-1 adapter.
When I use intensively devices connected via the HUB, e.g. a keyboard, an HDD, the external burner, the USB-C port is deactivated and switched off.
To reactivate the USB-C port I have to do a cold reset.
Is it a problem of the PC or of my Hub? I wanted to buy a docking station to power the PC through the USB-C port but I do not know if it's a risk. Tips?

Yes that is exactly what I think. The hub looks very much like a device I have and I can't imagine using mine without its own power adapter.

I think the problem is power draw. The hub you mentioned does not seem to have its own power supply that comes with it so has to draw current from the laptop. It does seem you can add up to a 65w power supply and plug it in the USB-C port on the hub and it will accept power. Are you using a power supply for the hub?

Thanks for the reply. The hub is not equipped with a power supply. Do you think the problem is due to the lack of power on the port Usb C? as soon as possible I will try to take an external power supply and carry out tests.
