Hi Community,
the following issue arose lately. I have a Home office Setup with 2 extra Screens which are connected via a Targus USB-C Thunderbolt. All worked well and suddenly the USB-C port didn´t recon my Dock anymore nor did it charge my Laptop. I updated BIOS and also went through all avaliable System Checks. Then I found in the HP BIOS Menu an Information under the Component Specifications that USB-C Thunderbolts are currently not supported. Below it wrote that also my Graphics are currently not supporting output via USB-C. How can I fix this? I'm pretty sure that i browsed the whole internet for a solution. But nothing. My Graphics Card is a INTEL 620 UHD. And yes, also this update has been made. I'm really desperate and appreciate any help.
Thanks Marcus

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the AC adapter, then connect it to the wall and to the charging port on your PC.

Hi Irwin, thank you very much for your Answer and the Tips. Unfortunateley neither of it is working. Also when I go to the HP Software Page, it doesn't recognize that Windows 11 Home is installed on my Laptop. It still only shows Windows 10 as OS option. There is where the Issue lies I guess. I can't download any other drivers for my Graphics nor any else Programs running under Windows 11.
Best Regards
Marcus
