Product: Spectre X360 Convertible

One of my USB-C ports is no longer detecting my external monitor. I am able to plug the power adapter in and the laptop will charge however it is just for the monitor. I am able to plug it into the other port with no issues so not sure what has changed or if the port needs to be replaced. Thanks.
