Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have downloaded and installed all important drivers from the hp site. But I'm not able to connect USB pen drive to the laptop. I checked again in the driver list but there seems to be no driver for USB. I'm not sure how to follow up to make teh USB ports work.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have downloaded and installed all important drivers from the hp site.
Even I have installed the usb driver from here.
But now there is the new problem got up (wireless connectivity is turn off) please help me with this.
Whats should i do i have disabled enabled the network through device manager. But no success.
Please help him hp support
