HP Spectre 7th Gen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I got a HP Spectre 7th Gen and everytime I'm using my type-c USB ports it keeps of disconnecting after some time. I already tried disabling the USB selective suspend setting in the Power Options and uncheck the allow computer to turn off this device to save power in the Device Manager. Is this a hardware problem with this kind of HP device? I am using HP type-c adapter provided with the laptop during the purchase.

Thanks!
