Dear All, Please see the problem with USB, it is showing an error during the Printer connection. However, Mouse and Pendrive / external hard drive is working. Kindly advise.

You have to fix your printer, not computer. Have you tried to hook your printer too another USB port specially ONLY USB 2.0

Actually, all 3 USB is 2.0 and this printer can connect with my other 2 HP laptop (latest version). However, this laptop is a 2016 model Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.59 GHz

 

Earlier, this printer could connect with this laptop but for 2 months it is not connecting. I think BIOS problem. Please advise. Thank you.
