Hi,

2 USB PORTS ON THE LEFT SIDE NOT WORKING.
I have install HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI). and diangnosed the USB port Test. end up with FAILED result.

The two USB ports on the left side is attached to motherboard via a daughter board. So you just need to replace the daughter board with a new one.
