Been having issues with a new USB C external USB where it blue screens with a DMA VIOLATION. It only happens when the drive is plugged in to any of the USB C ports. If I use the USB-C to USB-A adapter that came with it and plug it into normal USB port, its fine.

Did the UEFI diagnostics and the USB port failed. How do I get this fixed??

It's an issue with the USB Controller that is why it's failing. The Motherboard might have to be serviced that's why the charges are quite high
