Product: HP Laptop 14-cf0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop HP Laptop 14-cf0xxx with windows 10 (64 bit) does not recognize USB wired mouse, wireless mouse, usb pendrives.

I have connected two different models of mouses and the laptop does not recognized it.

The problem is the same with two pendrives.

I have tested connecting a phone and the laptop only charge the phone (does not recognize to enter at the file system)

The only device that the laptop recognized is  a treveller USB storage.

 

Anybody can help me?

What EXACTLY is your HP Laptop 14-cf0xxx  ? For example HP Notebook - 14-cf0012dx. It specs

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ?
