I want to convert my VGA cable with type C port but no response from my notebook. Does anyone help me out to find out the best USBCapture.JPG type c (3.1) drivers? As it also not shown in the device manager

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

As per the  Product Specifications: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05737761, this Model only has a regular USB Type-C  port which can be used for Data Transfer only

 

To use a USB Type-C Port as a Display output port, the port has to be a USB Type-C Thunderbolt port, else it will not working
