HP Envy CP0000na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guys!

I have just bought this computer and in the tech specs, it says that the computer type c port accepts power delivery however when I plugged in a type C lead (used from a OnePlus 6T with an Apple standard power brick) the battery didn't start charging. I would be grateful for any advice, solutions or clarification.

Thanks!

Yes, it has  1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 2 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge); but ONLY with a compatible charger.

Please check the following discussion for more info.

Yes that is correct it is the 15 inch version. Thank you for that link to the other thread. Do you have a link to a charger that you know will be supported by any chance?

Thanks!
