Few days ago i installed a new screen to my laptop but it did a bios update for some reason eversince the USB,USB C stopped working, they don't recognize devices .external mouse doea not work and the bluetooth is not even there i tried updating the bios but the version i am trying to install is older so it doesn't let me update thw bios, i tried everything but nothing works, Model:HP 15-dy1023dx

Generally when someone has made a major repair to their laptop we suggest that they have someone else who has worked on laptops, take a look at their work.
That is my recommendation to you.
"it did a bios update for some reason" That did not happen on its own. You had to have approved the installation of the BIOS update.
"i tried everything but nothing works"
Exactly what "everything" did you try?
Kindly provide a complete list of what you tried.
I ask that to make sure that there is no wasted effort.
Download and reinstall all of the chipset drivers.
