Spectre x360 13 (Late 2017)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I come home and I normally dock my laptop and plug in 2 USB-C hubs to dock my laptop for my office setup. I came back at the end of the day and I plugged in both hubs and one of them stopped working. It doesn't receive anything including power from the charger, signal from my wireless mouse nor can it charge my phone. Everything else works with the other port though. Is my USB-c/TB3 port broken?

The problem is actually fixed. I thought it was a hardware issue but a reddit user suggested reinstalling the Thunderbolt drivers and it ended up fixing the issue and the USB-c port works again.
