Product: HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cw0000 (761Y9AV)

Hi, 

Bought new envy laptop and G5 docking in same purchase. At first all was working fine, but i think after a BIOS update, my docking was not connecting anymore. tried several things aready, (new bios upgrade, hard reset, analyse via HP hardware diagnostic program, ... but nothing seems to help.

Can someone please help me out?
