Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought this new envy 17 laptop and my USBs don't fit in the ports. I've tried flipping them. I can feel them start to go in but then they just stop right when the two holes on the stick are about to go in.

Sounds like you pick a wrong port. Your machine has 2 USB ports, they are BOTH on the left side of your machine.

It has 2 ports, does the USB stick fit the second port ? Can you use other USB devices. Please CLEAN your device and try again,

The USB stick does not fit on the second port. I've tried multiple USB sticks and I have checked the device for debris, it's clean, what do I do? Thank you. @banhien
