Product: envy 17 laptop - ch1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

USB controller stoped working, i can see in the device manager that device is not avalible with following error :

The hardware device cannot start because the configuration information (stored in the registry) is incomplete or corrupted. (Code 19)

rebooting, removing device/reinstalling device is wihout effect. Reinstalling drivers is wihout effect,  

Playing blindly with registers feels kinda unsafe. any idea what to do?

I had a suspicion that it was casued by windows update but I am not 100% sure, uninstalling relevant update was also wihout effect...
