HP Envy x360 15 inch

Windows 11

I have a USB issue. When I plug in a USB flash drive or USB hard drive, I hear the ping but the drive does not show up.

If I uninstall the driver, and restart, the drive shows up one time. If I disconnect it and reconnect, it does not show.

Amazingly, my wireless mouse continues to work fine.

I have tried this with two different flash drives and two different hard drives. Same result.
