Notebook HP - 15-r127nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,
My notebook has 3 usb pots, two on the right side, one on the left.
The left one works correctly, the ones on the right side ones just work as power suppliers.
I updated the drivers using the HP support assistant but nothing changed.
The windows device manager doesn't show any failure.
Is there a way to know if I have hardware problems or other?
thank you

I suggest reinstalling the latest chipset driver from the driver and software portal at the link below.

as far as I am aware, your notebook is not a UEFI BIOS version so there are no UEFI Hardware Diagnostics available to test the USB ports.

When powering on the notebook, immediately tap the F2 key to see if there are diagnostics available.

Thank you Erico for your reply.

I tried to reinstall the chipset but it doesn't fix the problem.
I tried to run the hardware diagnostic (esc button during the switch on then f2 button) and I retieved the error with the following ID: 9C7XMF-7R4A3J-XD7V7A-8D1403

I keep on investigate.

Thanks
