HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using my Spectre x360 13t with 8th gen Intel processors with a Dell TB16 Thunderbolt dock. The USB connection regularly drops out, resulting in mouse and keyboard skipping. On the keyboard, the numlock LED turns off when the USB drops and then turns back on when the USB comes back.

I am not the only one with this problem. It appears to have started with BIOS F13. It does not only occur with the Dell dock, as detailed here: https://www.reddit.com/r/spectrex360/comments/7ucbhf/skipping_mousekeyboard_on_thunderbolt_dock/

The Dell TB16 I am using works fine with a Dell laptop, so the dock is not an issue.

HP, please issue a BIOS update to fix this. I am unable to downgrade back to F12.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Recently bought a Spectre x360 and a Dell TB16 Tunderbolt docking station.

Everything seems to work, except the mouse and keyboard are very laggy. This only happens when they are connected to the docking station. If connected directly to the laptop, they work fine. When moving the mouse, it freezes and jumps every couple of seconds, and the keyboard doesn't always respond.

My HP has the latests BIOS/drivers. The docking station also has the last firmware/drivers. I'm running Windows 10, 64bit.

I really hope HP will come out with a (BIOS?) fix for this. Since the Spectre x360 only has one USB Type A port, I currently can't connect both my mouse and keyboard directly to the laptop. And as stated before, this also happens with other docking stations.

I expeience similar problem specifically with a USB headset. It looses microphone connection when using skype for business. Unplug / replug headset in other USB port on the TB16 restores the condition. But it's almost unusable.
Screen / keyboard / mouse works fine.

I have a Elitebook x360 G2 1020.
