A few months ago I bought this HP Notebook 15 - ba004ax with Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit running, everything was fine and USB port both still working (this laptop has 1 USB 3.0 port and 2 USB 2.0 port). Recently I updated the Windows to 1607 version and the update run smoothly without any problem. But when I want to use my flash drive with the USB 2.0 port, it doesn't work (both of USB 2.0 port doesn't work). But when I'm trying to use the flash drive with the USB 3.0 port, it work. The problem came up too when I want to use my wireless mouse, doesn't work at both USB 2.0 port but working at USB 3.0 port.
I'm hoping so much on your help guys, Thanks!.

I've tried that link several times before this problem came up and it changes nothing. Anyway, I think I've figure out my problem. It seems that when my laptop started, some error occured and preventing the USB 2.0 port working. I know that because when I opened the device manager, some driver about the USB port is missing. After that I restart my laptop and try to use my flash drive with the USB 2.0 port, it work!. Also I check the driver at device manager, all the driver that work with USB port is all there and there's no missing driver again.
