Can anyone tell me the meaning of this error code for my usb (3.0) port failed test -  UN7N051-7JWAOV-XD7V6K-8D6E03 ? The usb port is not working. What does this error code mean ? what do I do about it? This error code was thrown up by HP component check accessed thru pressing f2 repeatedly when the computer turns on. Thanks.

It just means a failure of the USB port. It's hardware, not software. Which port on the laptop is it or is it all of them? Are you under warranty?

Yes, you are right it is the failure Id. The 3.0 port beside the sound  output socket on the right side of the laptop( 14r 11 3  Tu hp laptop). No I am not under warranty. Please suggest what to do?
