HP Notebook - 17-x116dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am working in Windows NT 10 / Chrome 98. My notebook has 3 usb ports. Two are 2.0 and 1 is 3.0. One of the 2.0s has not been working for several months. I recall that it was working in 2018 when I purchased the notebook.

Some data:

1)  I've gone into device manager and right clicked and chose 'properties' and all three USB ports indicate "device is working properly". In light of this, I cannot ID which of the 2 USB ports are not working. If I guess and pick the wrong one, I may muck up the remaining 2.0 USB port that works.

Hoping an HP certified responder here can help. Thanks.
