It seems that my USB port has stopped working on the right side , whoch is the usb 2.0 hub .. I’ve done the troubleshooting , I uninstalled usb and reinstalled . I’ve also did a diagnostic on the port which said it has failed .. I even changed the hardware 3 different times and still nothing .. I really need this port .. I have an hp-15f018dx .. The port is not directly on the motherboard and it is on the sister board along with the headphone jack (which is working fine) the part number for that is DA0U83UB0010..it worked fine before the all of the sudden it just stopped .. The failure ID code was : 68FF0W-7HE9G6-MFPV6K-8D1U03 for the USB port .. I have an HP15-F018dx.. Any help would be appreciated ..Windows 8.1
