Hi! Yesterday evening at one point my mouse had stopped working. It gave the message that the USB-port was damaged somehow and also other USB-products are not working anymore. At the same time my camera stopped working as well and the Bluetooth option doesn't work and doesn't even exist anymore. I believe it is a hardware or software mistake, but of course I am not sure. When looking for updates and a HP check, it says that everything is up-to-date and working properly.

I sent my laptop for repair for exactly the same problem about 3 months ago and now, after 3 weeks, it is happening again. I hope somebody can help fix the problem and I can do something myself, as I am afraid I have to miss my laptop again for 2 months otherwise.

My laptop is quite new, not even a year old, and just came back from repair. Hopefully, someone can help.
PS I posted this in multiple boards since I don't know where I have to find a solution.
