Hp pavilion 15 cs3900na

Hello, I am having a issue with USB ports on right side not working, while the USB type c on left is working. My model - HP pavilion 15 cs3900na . I tried all steps I could find. Disconnecting battery, upgrading drivers, uninstalling, disabling, tried all power modes off but didn't help. I saw similar model had same problem, and it was resolved updating bios version to F.05 Rev.A. I cant find this version of Bios.

Also i have an error code of USB saying: GQE6M0-AAWAK6-MFPU2K-8D1M03 Component Test  : FAILED
