Product: HP ProDesk 400 G4 Small Form Factor PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ProDesk 400 G4 SFF (1JW40LT), Windows 10 Pro (x64), latest updates, latest BIOS, all drivers downloaded from HP's website.
Some USB ports work fine, others don't. Use the front connectors or the motherboard connectors, it doesn't matter. On some, I hear a sound when I plug them in, but nothing happens. On others, no sound. If I connect a keyboard or mouse, they don't work, not even in the BIOS. I've noticed that when I remove the USB, it feels hot. I hope you can help me.

HP ProDesk 400 G4 SFF (1JW40LT), Windows 10 pro (x64), últimas actualizaciones, BIOS más reciente, todos los controladores descargados de la pagina de HP.
Algunos puertos USB funcionan bien, otros no. use los conectores frontales o de la placa base, no importa. En algunos oigo el sonido al enchufar y no pasa nada. En tros ni eso. Si conecto teclado o mouse no funcionan ni en el bios. Eh notado que al retirar el USB el mismo esta caliente. Espero puedan ayudarme.
