Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I just got this notebook and it came with a wireless Nexigo mouse.  However, the USB receiver WILL NOT FIT into either of the USB slots on the notebook.  I tried another wireless mouse that I already had, and same thing. USB receiver WILL NOT FIT. Ugh. So frustrated.  Thanks for any and all advice.

Those are standard usb ports. Can't figure how a usb wireless receiver will not fit.
