Dear Mrstenter,

 

Now my usb is working properly, it's caused by poor quality usb device or fake usb device (ex:mouse, usb stick, etc) i've connected. My analisis is this notebook usb slot will working properly if we use original or best quality usb device (ex: log*tech mouse, original usb stick, etc.).
