My USB-C Port is not working. I am trying to plug in a multimedia hub or a docking station to connect a second monitor.
Before the hub is plugged in, the device manager shows the following:
Once I plug the hub in (with nothing connected to the hub) I get a "Display connection may be limited" notification and the device manager shows the following:
And when I plug an HDMI cable from a second monitor into the hub I get a "USB device not recognized" error and the device manager shows the following:
The hub works on my work computer, so I don't think its an issue with the hub or the connection from the hub to the monitor. I have tried updating the drivers but it says that my drivers are all up to date.
Thank you in advance for any help!

What kind of hub are you using? You may require a driver package to enable it properly.
