I just installed a diffErent Hard Drive, the other one died. I'm reinstalling drivers but the uSB drivers are either not on the hp support SITE or I simply do not recognize them. Serial number for computer is: 5CB20855QT.

The chipset drivers for Windows 7 are at the following URL. Installing it should take care of the USB port issue.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53501-54000/sp53959.exe

 

 

All of the required drivers for your notebook are at the following HP driver and  software download link.

What is the operating system?

 

The software and drivers for up to Windows 8.1 are at the following  HP web support document.

If you installed the OS via use of the Recovery Media, then all the drivers for the original OS are in the Recovery Manager.

Sorry for not including enough info. The operating system is Windows 7 Home premium 64bit.

I need the driver. I replaced the Hard drive. Thank You!

Thank you Sir. Yeah, I found the other drivers but I did not know which one was the USB driver. I see it was the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver. You not only helped me with finding the correct driver but you also educated me as well.
