Hello. I read the old topics on these issues. What's new today:
1. What kind of RAM can be installed in the laptop: 1.35V or 1.5V?
2. Can I install the operating system on mSATA SSD without problems if I update the BIOS?

The memory shipped with it was 1.5 volt and that is the type listed as compatible in the Manual:
However, all DDR3L-1600 1.35 will also run at 1.5 so you see vendors like Crucial offering low voltage modules. They will work but I would not mix a 1.5 and 1.35 module.
Yes this model is set to use the mSATA slot for the boot drive. Be sure you understand that the performance of a 2.5 inch SATA SSD in the hard drive bay will actually be better than using an mSATA module from the mSATA slot. Not by much, however.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

Thanks for the answer.
1. I have read this manual and did not find the specification for 1.5 V. Does this follow from the "DDR3 PC3-1600-MHz" specification? Should the memory have a specification of 1.35V or 1.35 / 1.5V?
2. If I install mSata SSD, the laptop will have SSD + HDD.
