Ultraslim dock 2013 and HP EliteBook 840 G5 - not working USB external disk 3.0

Elitebook is in dockstation and I would like to connect USB external HDD to dock. But ... 

When I connect USB webcam it is working. 

When I connect USB external HDD 3.0 / flash disk 3.0 is not working. No response. 
When I connect USB external HDD 2.0 / flash disk 2.0 is working. 

Dockstation has last firmware update. All drivers are installed. 

I tried uninstalling all USB drivers and install again. No change. 

Please help me!

The dock is compatible with the following machines

If you wish to have a true mate please use USB-C Gen 5 dock. I'm using USB-C Gen 5 dock with may HP Elitebook 840 G5 right now. I also tested this dock with few other HP machines and including a Dell machine.
