Where is Processor socket on this pc? And what type of Processor does this pc supports this is an LGA775 socket then what is maximum power can I put can I put core 2 quad Q9650? Please.

The best processor you can install would be the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550s

That is the lower wattage processor variant of the Q9550.

A Q9650 will not work, and there is no low wattage equivalent of the Q9650.
