I do get other error messages. Repair and can't find hard disk. Turn on and get comos error. Please help and I don't have the disk for my laptop. Bought it just before Christmas 2020 and person didn't have any disks for it

Hi:
Using another Windows PC, you can make bootable W7 Home Premium 64 bit installation/repair media by downloading the ISO file from the link below...toward the bottom of the page.
Windows 7 Home Premium Free Download ISO 32 Bit 64 Bit (getintopc.com)
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
When you boot from the installation media and get to the 'Install Now' window, on the lower left side of the screen will be a 'Repair your computer' option. You can try that first to see if you can repair the error.

If that doesn't work and you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 Home Premium product key on your notebook's case, you can reinstall W7 with the media you created.
After W7 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
