Product: HP ProBook 440 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I am having a problem with charging my work PC HP ProBook 440 G8. Charging through USB-C does not work and it is very annoying as i would like to charge in the car or by the phone's charger. Strangely, the USB-C is functional using a Dell dock with USB-C cable. However, when i use my telephone's USB-C charger or in the car - nothing happens, the charge does not go. I have checked the corresponding site, downloaded SP114022 Fil and ran it. It did not help. All the drivers and BIOS are up to date.
Would be grateful if someone can help.
Have a nice day,
SergeyKo
