My new to me (HP refurbished) Zbook Firefly has a faulty SSD, according to HP diagnostic tools. Trying to make a warranty claim but unable to contact HP support. For almost a week, on the Support.HP.com page, I get the following errors:
"This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
"Sorry, our system is having issues and we are unable to show agent options at this time. Please choose from the options below or try again later."
