Hi, I purchased a laptop on 7/2/2024 from Amazon and it arrived on 7/15/2024. The warranty start date listed in HP Support Assistant is 9/5/2023 and expires 10/9/2024. That's less than a 3 month warranty on a brand new laptop. I tried to use the dispute warranty and it refuses to recognize my product number. It's not listed on my dashboard and I'm unable to add it. And I get the same error when I try warranty check, so it won't let me dispute it. Product number 4V788AV. I can't contact support either because it won't recognize the product number. Please help.

I did all that. It doesn't recognize 4V788AV as a product number when it is at that site. If I click on the India link you give me (I'm in the US and bought in the US, so no idea why you would give me that link), it automatically redirects me to my dashboard which will not allow me to add this, because it states product number not found. If I do a search on HP, it's not found most of the time. I have seen my product number on the site, but when I try to add it anywhere else, it states that such product number doesn't exists. Is it because my laptop is a business notebook and not a consumer notebook?
